Questions
How do I buy and install an eSIM for India?
Choose a plan and pay — the QR code arrives by email within a minute. Scan it with your phone camera at home while you have Wi‑Fi. When you land, select the eSIM for mobile data and turn on Data Roaming for it.
When does the plan start?
The validity period starts with the first connection to a network in India, not at purchase. You can buy in advance.
Will I keep my number and WhatsApp?
Yes. Your regular SIM stays in the phone, so WhatsApp and Telegram keep working with your number. The eSIM is data-only: no phone number for calls and SMS.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Most iPhones since XS/XR, Google Pixel and recent Samsung Galaxy flagships support eSIM. Check your model on the home page in the “My phone” section.
What if the eSIM doesn't work?
Message our support — we'll help you set it up. If the eSIM was not installed, we'll refund your payment.
